  • Be fully responsible for leasing process of logistics assets platform
  • Define and implement leasing strategy
  • Be responsible for negotiation with tenants and preparation of agreements
  • Participate in budget and business plans preparation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and consultants
  • Unique projects features, pricing recommendation and marketing strategies for effective execution of the projects within the budgets
  • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and trends
  • Work closely with Board of Directors and report to the Investor
Well established real estate logistics fund|Newly created position, full responsibility for leasing process
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience within logistics assets leasing area (broker or investor side)
  • Very good understanding of logistics market trends
  • Proven track record in logistics leasing transactions
  • Strongly developed personal network among agents and tenants
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building competences
  • Fluency in English
  • Highly developed communication skills
