Digital Pricing Analyst

The Digital Pricing Analyst will support CPQ (configure, price, quote) projects end-to-end - from business strategy consulting, through solution and technical architecture, to technical implementation and delivery management.
What will you be doing?
Liaise with local markets/franchises to understand business processes and system requirements.
Translate business needs into technical requirements with the support of a business analyst.
Lead business UAT by running testing sessions with end users, and manage communication between local business and IT developers.
Support go-live activities: organizing local training sessions, setting up recurrent training post-implementation, and supporting training queries from local users together with the CPQ Platform Specialist.
Use CPQ usage data to provide clear recommendations to leadership around areas of improvement such as average gross margin, number of escalations, and % of approved quotes vs. rejected quotes.
Understand new business needs, capture business impact and priorities for further evaluation with CPQ Platform Owner.
Act as representative of the business on IT discussions around new requirements, being able to make the “bridge” between business and business analyst.
What will you need to be successful?
5 years of relevant experience as a data or business analyst.
Experience in commercial business processes e.g. finance, sales or pricing analytics
Experience within the Medical devices, equipment, and hospital or pharmaceutical supplies sectors (nice to have)
Analytical/Technical Expertise – knowing the business and providing insight and direction into complex areas
Result-orientation – delivering on commitments and demonstrating impactful results.
Communication - conveying complex information (both oral and written) and actively engaging all stakeholders toward understanding of the issues, consensus, solution, and action.
Teamwork – promoting collaborative relationships across differing levels of management, functions, divisions, and locations.
