Twoje codzienne zadania:

  • Nadzorowanie zewnętrznych dostawców w celu zapewnienia usług IT dla klientów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych

  • Automatyzacja procesów i ciągłe doskonalenie usług w oparciu o wydajność aplikacji

  • Zapewnianie wiedzy technicznej w zakresie złożonych zagadnień technicznych i kierowanie zespołem w rozwiązywaniu problemów. Współpraca z liderami usług i interesariuszami biznesowymi

  • Praca zgodnie z najlepszymi praktykami ITIL, filozofią lean i zasadami agile. Zarządzanie incydentami, zmianami i problemami

  • Zapewnienie dostępności, stabilności i zgodności aplikacji z wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi wymaganiami. Stała praca nad upraszczaniem i modernizacją obsługiwanych aplikacji

  • Udział w projektach migracji i likwidacji oraz w inicjatywach automatyzacji procesów i wdrażania do firmy

  • Zarządzanie relacjami z wewnętrznymi interesariuszami i zewnętrznymi dostawcami. Koordynowanie spotkań, zapewnianie zgodności technicznej i dostarczanie rozwiązań

Kwalifikacje

Świetnie się zgramy jeśli posiadasz:

  • Co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia zawodowego  w pracy z architekturą i wdrażaniem technologii oraz architekturą rozwiązań korporacyjnych na dużą skalę

  • Silne zaplecze techniczne

  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu usługami IT po zarządzaniu incydentami i problemami w ramach ITIL

  • Doświadczenie z architekturą techniczną i zrozumienie nowoczesnych stosów aplikacji obejmujących zarówno technologie open-source, jak i technologie dostawców zewnętrznych

  • Kompetencje techniczne w zakresie wewnętrznych infrastruktur IT, systemów opartych na chmurze, sieci, skryptów i znajomości narzędzi takich jak JIRA, -Splunk, App Dynamics, Jenkins

  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne, w tym umiejętność kierowania, negocjowania i budowania konsensusu oraz pracy indywidualnej lub w zespole

  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie co najmniej B2
