As a Sr HR Generalist , you will impact the success of our organization by effectively managing HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the growth and development of our employees in a regional HR Model. You will promote a high-performance environment, accelerate leadership effectiveness, talent development, and staffing, optimize total rewards and employee engagement, and promote a culture of inclusion and wellbeing.

A day in the Life:

Provide HR support and guidance to the regional HR model

Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to attract, develop,

and retain top talent

Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture

Support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives

Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate effective communication

Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matter

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or related field

5+ years of experience in HR generalist role

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR)

Experience in supporting a regional model

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity

Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and talent development initiatives

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
