Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated engineering professional to join our Controls & Automation Department at Krakow Engineering Center. As a Junior Design Engineer, you will be joining Application Engineering Team and working on deliveries of Multi Phase Meters, and working in close cooperation with Controls CoE in Stavanger, Norway.

You will be responsible for:

Designing products by design specifications and engineering standards, Cooperating with the assigned project team and other cross-functional teams, Defining and preparing product quality requirements, 3D models and drawings of single components and assemblies, Giving input to project engineering documentation, project budget, and schedule, Providing design input in technical meetings with Customers and Suppliers, Contributing to technical meetings, conducting design reviews meetings, Cooperating with other project team members.

You are meant for this job if:

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in one of the engineering fields: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or equivalent, Experience in CAD software, Experience in creating technical drawings for machining, welding, and fabrication will be a plus, Knowledge of SAP, Autodesk Inventor. Autodesk Vault, AutoCAD, or NX will be an asset, Junior position or 1 year of relevant professional experience will be an asset, Ability to read mechanical drawings, Ability to effectively operate in the project team environment, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Very good communication skills in English, both oral and written (minimum B2), Willingness to occasionally travel to other TechnipFMC facilities.
