Mechanic (all genders) large component replacement wind turbines

Mechanic (all genders) large component replacement wind turbines

(industrial mechanic, mechanic, construction mechanic, cutting machine operator, plant mechanic or similar)

Your Tasks:

  • Replacement of large components such as gearboxes, generators, transformers, rotor blades or main bearings throughout Germany
  • Assembly and disassembly using torque and bolting technology
  • Crane instruction by radio
  • Carrying out repairs and inspection
Your Qualification:

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechanic, construction mechanic, cutting machine operator, plant mechanic or similar
  • Experience in the assembly of wind turbines or in the replacement of large components desirable
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Driving license at least class B
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel
