Summary
The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Project Manager to work on a large-scale project for one of our UAE customers.
The customer is a UAE based reputed business house, with more than 25+ years in international business, deep alliances with companies across Africa and associate offices in Hong Kong, Indonesia and India. The companies act as an intermediary between worldwide suppliers and different business communities. It manufactures and distributes consumer and healthcare products.
The project is the development of an e-wallet that will be available to both individuals and corporate clients with functionality to interact with government institutions and agents.
Responsibilities
Creating short-term goals and assigning tasks to the team members of the cross-functional team. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Supporting the development and testing processes. Analyzing and evaluating the project: methods, evaluations and results. Facilitating sprint planning and backlog refinement. Helping the Scrum team to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity. Coaching the Scrum team on removing impediments. Monitoring project progress and communicating updates to stakeholders. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance team productivity.
Requirements
Experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master for 5-7 years. Experience with FinTech projects, preferably banking/e-wallets for 3-5 years. Experience in the FinTech domain. Experience with complicated projects (with several teams). Experience in guiding several teams at once. Experience in project management from start to finish (end to end). Deep experience with Scrum. Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.
Desired skills
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (Nexus, SAFe). Certification in project management.
