Order Management Specialist with Finnish

If so, join us as our Order Management Specialist - Documentation Specialist In this exciting position, you will handle product orders from customers, create orders, and efficiently administer them in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Order Processing: Dive into the world of processing product orders, particularly safety ladders, where your actions initiate a chain of events, from sales orders and transport requests to purchase orders and final billing.

  • Work Order Creation: Showcase your skills by creating work orders aligned with stakeholder requests in ERP (IFS) and Finnish systems, contributing to the smooth workflow of operations.

  • Data Administration and Documentation: Take charge of data administration related to orders and master the art of handling various types of documentation with precision.

  • Customer Support: Provide expert advice and support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism.

  • Transport Coordination: Utilize your organizational prowess to arrange product transport efficiently based on internal system requests.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: University degree or currently pursuing studies.

  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (min. B2) and Finnish (min. B2) to effectively communicate and collaborate in a multicultural environment.

  • Experience: Bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a corporate setting, showcasing your expertise in order management.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, as you will be a key point of contact for our customers.

  • Deadline Management: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by efficiently managing deadlines and multitasking to ensure seamless operations.
