Poszukujemy doświadczonego Experta ds. Mediów Społecznościowych do zespołu Social Media & Content w ING Banku Śląskim. Nasz zespół zajmuje się komunikacją i promocją banku w mediach społecznościowych. Twoje zadania

opracowanie i wdrażanie działań komunikacyjnych w social mediach dla wybranych obszarów/produktów prowadzenie kampanii i działań aktywacyjnych, budujących zaangażowanie w social media współpraca z domem mediowym, agencjami interaktywnymi oraz innymi partnerami zewnętrznymi oraz innymi jednostkami w banku wsparcie zespołu Contact Centre w zakresie komunikacji z klientami w mediach społecznościowych poszukiwanie i proponowanie nowych rozwiązań, usprawnień i innowacji w obszarze social media i marketingu monitorowanie działań marek konkurencyjnych w oraz bieżących trendów

Nasze oczekiwania

minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w marketingu i mediach społecznościowych znajomość zagadnień z obszaru marketingu digitalowego, social media i nowych trendów znajomość narzędzi i rynku social media oraz programów graficznych wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane kierunki: marketing, biznes elektroniczny, ekonomia, dziennikarstwo) wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne – komunikatywność, umiejętność nawiązywania i utrzymywania dobrych relacji umiejętność analizowania i wyciągania wniosków oraz tworzenia planów i rekomendacji na ich bazie kreatywność, zaangażowanie samodzielność, rzetelność i dobra organizacja pracy własnej dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2)
