Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced product manager to develop our Product Vision, Strategy and Tactics for the Brand targeted products within Allegro Advertising.

What will your main responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives. 
  • Leading multiple products in collaboration with Product Managers and other (tech & non-tech) stakeholders but without a formal authority or direct reports 
  • Showcasing the ownership for the business impact and metrics of your product and using a systematic framework to ensure that new ideas are prioritized consistently. 
  • Setting key KPIs for the business goals and assessing if and why the success is reached. 
  • Collaborating with tech & non-tech stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a customer-centric approach. 
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer esp. brands needs and pain points to inform product decisions. 
  • Orchestrating implementation of new solutions, deciding whether to work on specific solutions or to give up existing ones. 
  • When a product doesn't perform as it should, challenging current assumptions, drawing conclusions and proposing improvements in your domain.

You are qualified if you have:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products. 
  • Past experience in AdTech  
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product plans. 
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to advocate for the customer throughout the product development process. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (Polish & English), with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
