Implementation Project SpecialistSummary of the role
We are looking for a person for a position of Implementation Project Specialist. The purpose of the role is to manage or assist on transversal projects in correlation with Standard Implementation domain using Project Management or Agile methodology depending on the context.
In this role you'll be responsible for:
Lead the projects or contribute to broad cross-functional projects by leading stream. Support Program manager with required deliverables from own project or stream. Attend and contribute to Project Status meeting and Project Steering CommitteeBuild and manage the implementation project core team. Identify all activities necessary to produce all project deliverables. Monitor project and ensure the quality of project deliverables. Communicate and report on project resources, progress, risks and costs to Management and stakeholders. Evaluate internal and external project risks and propose mitigation actions. Escalate any issue impacting costs, project delivery timeline or scope to Management and stakeholders.Work with a moderate level of autonomy based on management directions.Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information. Maintain a good level of Amadeus products and Implementation knowledges. Build good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.About the ideal candidate
University degree or equivalent qualification.3-5 years in project management in multi-cultural environmentExperience that would be valued additionally: Travel Industry, Product management, Project coordinationProficiency in English (written & spoken)Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and nice to have: Confluence, Sharepoint, JiraStrong Communication Skills, able to communicate complex informationAnalytical and conceptual thinking skillStrong leadership skills, collaborative, taking initiative, set priorities and propose ideas.We can offer you
