This position works under the guidance of more senior professional colleagues. The Intern / Apprentice assists with tasks relevant to the specific area or function. This position allows the incumbent the opportunity to develop capability in his/her area of study.

Gain knowledge and experience in area of specialisation or functionRemain current with the industry developments related to the relevant specific area or functionProvide general administrative to the specific area or functionCoordinate meetings, minute taking, logistics, filing and record keepingAssist with the preparation and distribution of reports and review system data for accuracyAccepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutionsAssist in preparing information and research materialscreate and maintain PowerPoint presentations

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

Good verbal and written EnglishAbility to prioritise tasks and multitaskAbility to deliver a quality service through their support offeringPassion for continuous improvementSelf-motivated and a passion to learnGood planning, organizing and time management skills

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Secondary school qualification or equivalentEnglish on C2 level is a must
