In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the resilience and continuity of our operations, safeguarding our business against potential disruptions and disasters.As the Business Continuity Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation, coordinating assessments, and facilitating testing procedures to strengthen our business continuity plans. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to enhance awareness and provide guidance on improvements to our business continuity processes, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery documentation in an up-to-date state, ensuring both operational resilience and effective data recovery capabilities Coordinate the conduct and review of Business impact assessments and Risk assessments in collaboration with the company’s staff Coordinate the timely testing of BCP and DRP Enhance business continuity awareness and planning through effective training facilitation Provide guidance and advice on improvements to business continuity processes Stay abreast of business continuity best practices and trends.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in business continuity/disaster recovery Experience in conducting Business impact assessments and Risk assessments Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Full professional proficiency in the English language Knowledge of current industry best practices and trends in business continuity.
