E-Commerce Optimization Specialist

 

As an E-Commerce Optimization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online shopping experience for our consumers across Europe.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Shopper Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify and understand e-Commerce shopper trends, serving as a key advocate for the shopper within our team. Continuously strive for improvements to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • CRO Strategy Development: Develop and execute Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to boost website conversions, focusing on optimizing landing pages, funnels, and user journeys.
  • A/B Testing and Personalization: Create and implement A/B testing plans, integrating personalized content and experiences to refine and enhance the online customer journey.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including growth and analytics, design, development, and content to implement CRO and personalization recommendations effectively.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate comprehensive data analysis reports, structuring findings, visualizing insights, and explaining methodologies to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partnership Management: "Own" and manage partnerships with growth management platforms and tools, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to align campaigns and initiatives, fostering a cohesive and goal-oriented environment.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a high-performance e-Commerce business, preferably with a consumer brand, agency, or e-Commerce player.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong experience in analyzing the digital shopper funnel and optimizing its various elements, with advanced skills in Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of conversion optimization or A/B testing, with proficiency in testing tools and growth platforms (e.g., Insider).
  • Technical Proficiency: Technical knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Statistical Understanding: A solid understanding of statistical principles is a plus.
  • Mindset: Strong commercial mindset, self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration Skills: Empathic team player with the ability to take feedback and collaborate with a diverse team of stakeholders.
  • Solution-Oriented: Solution-oriented attitude in addressing day-to-day challenges and managing shifting priorities.
  • Language: Very good English – as you will work in English on a daily basis.
  • Education: Degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field.
