The Global Product Manager AST () will play a pivotal role in driving the further commercial development and growth of CPS's Advanced Solutions product portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including; sales, marketing and solution engineering, the Global Product Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing product strategy, managing the product lifecycle and delivering innovative solutions that meet market needs. Reporting to our Strategic Portfolio Director based in Leuven, the Global Product Manager is a commercially astute, analytical proficient professional with strong project management skills.
You Will:
Collaborate with senior leadership to define the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives. Map and identify market opportunities to guide product roadmap decisions. Develop and prioritize feature enhancements and new product initiatives based on market demand and business impact. Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales materials, including presentations, collateral, and product documentation, to effectively communicate product value propositions and differentiate offerings in the market. Support sales campaigns by providing strategic input, identifying target segments, and tailoring messaging and materials to resonate with specific customer needs and pain points. Work closely with sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for product launches. Partner with engineering and data analytics teams to ensure successful execution of product development initiatives and safeguard commercial relevance. Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and prioritize product enhancements.You Have:
Experience (approx. 5 - 10 years) in commercial roles, preferably within Market Research or Data Consulting solutions . Understanding of additional research solutions from core consumer panel data. Proven ability to translate market insights and customer needs into innovative product solutions. Excellent project management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and commercial audiences. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth.This vacancy can be based in any of our core office locations including; Breda NL, Leuven BL, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Warsaw, Sofia, Stockholm, Bucharest, Vienna, Sofia, Milan etc
