What you'll be doing 

We are looking for a skilled AWS Developer to join our dynamic team with one of the biggest players in finance in the country. You will join Finance Development team in our client company.

This is 6-month agreement with possibility to prolong.

How you'll spend your day 

  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure using AWS services like Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, and others. 
  • Analyze and manage cloud expenses to ensure cost-effective solutions using knowledge of financial operations and cloud cost management. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry security standards across all deployed cloud services. 
  • Provide expert advice and best practices for cloud deployment and management to team members and stakeholders. 
  • Lead the onboarding of junior cloud specialists, sharing knowledge and best practices. 
  • Manage projects involving cloud migrations, from planning through to execution, ensuring smooth transitions from on-premises infrastructure to AWS. 
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

You'll be successful if you have 

  • Knowledge of server virtualization with VMware as well as Windows/Linux distributions. 
  • 4+ years of experience with the common cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, SAP, etc.). 
  • Experience with the following services: AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, AWS IoT, API Gateway, CloudFormation, EventBridge, Glue, among others. 
  • Understanding of price drivers and cloud cost management (Financial Operations). Proficient in: Python, Terraform. 
  • Advanced knowledge of information security operations in cloud architectures. 
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (i.e. Scrum, etc.) or ITIL Experience in using common tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc. for Agile projects, and service operations would be considered as an advantage.
  • Experience in migrating from On-Premises to AWS would be considered as an advantage.

Salary 

4520 - 4800 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience.
