O2C Credit & Risk Associate

Responsibilities:

Perform and support credit related activities such as managing risk classes and customer limits, maintaining watch list of highest risk customers, monitoring existing customer credit and making recommendation for bad debt reserves for delinquent accounts as required Solve credit related queries Analyze customers’ financial reports Manage order releases and liaise with CS and Logistic departments  Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested by management or markets Coordinate and support the preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports for applicable areas as requested by management or applicable markets Providing documentation for audit purposes Leverage related systems and follow procedures to ensure robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting or related preferred Fluency in written and oral English  At least 1-2 years of working experience in O2C SAP knowledge will be an asset Strong written and oral communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Analytical approach with good problem solving skills
