Detailed description of work task to be carried out

As a member of Temenos T24 technical support team in CBP Technology and Infrastructure block, you will contributing and participating in..

  • analyzing and troubleshoot any reported technical issues in prioritized order in co-operation with experts from various other CBP teams and from Temenos
  • liaising with Temenos teams to ensure that the identified product problems are understood and resolved
  • supporting CBP's various migration and release events
  • supporting CBP's functional and non-functional testing activities (especially performance testing)
  • planning, implementing, and testing different kinds of technical features and improvements in CBP
  • identifying, evaluating and mitigating different kinds of technical risks
  • sharing your own knowledge with other team members, and coaching less experienced experts

Description of knowledge and experience

  • Several years' hands-on technical experience from working with Temenos T24/Transact (see below the more detailed list of Temenos specific skills)
  • Excellent analysis, troubleshooting and debugging skills for functional and non-functional issues
  • Application development or engineering background including experience in deploying applications
  • Solid knowledge and experience with Oracle stack (Database, WebLogic, Oracle Service Bus)
  • Solid experience in Linux and multi-server environments
  • Hands on experience in scripting tools and programming languages like Java
  • Good communication skills, fluent English

  • Experience with application virtualization and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.,)
  • Experience from working in Agile team / SAFe
  • Experience from working in multi-country team
