Your Responsibilities Participation in the month closing process (accrual calculation, analyzes, B/S reconciliations ), Preparing financial data for monthly reporting, Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the bookkeeping, Providing our partners with weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, Execute standard processes within the team according to the procedures, Assist in performing internal controls including month-end activities according to control framework, Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process, Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities
Your Profile 3+ years of job experience in audit and controlling, Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, Experience with ERP accounting systems (SAP is nice to have). Working knowledge of MS Office, Fluent in spoken and written English; French is an asset, General knowledge of ADM’s business divisions will be an advantage, Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines, Ability to analyze and design business processes, Create a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution Ability to work from Poznań office 3 times per week.
