We are looking for a Professional Services Procurement Specialist for region EU/AEA to join our team in Warsaw Office.

 

We work in a hybrid mode - 2 days in the office.

 

Requirements:

  • Performing buying activities (RFP, Analysis, etc.)
  • Actively communicating with the business stakeholders to ensure that their purchase requirements are met 
  • Utilizing Ariba eSourcing application to execute bidding events (RFP, RFI, RFQ, or reverse auction)
  • Maintaining an awareness of changing market conditions 
  • Performing periodic spend analysis to identify opportunities for local and Division  projects
  • Managing spend assigned spend categories and supporting global projects
  • Conducting periodic key stakeholder meetings with business partners to review local spend category strategy and activities 
  • Leverage supply base opportunities across managed portfolio
  • Managing, resolving and communicating on local quality and service issues.
  • Prioritizing requests and activities so as to deliver in a timely manner
  • Perform all necessary procurement operations activities - order processing, vendor creation and technical issue resolution 
  • Achieve Business Simplification

 
Basic qualifications:

  • A University Degree.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Purchasing and Procurement.
  • English fluency.
  • Experience in international projects.

 
Expected skills and abilities:

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Autonomous, results oriented, promoting team-work, problem solving.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering cost savings and process improvements.
  • Analytical skills.
