Task you'll be involved with:
Lead the execution of the refills strategy in L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division for Poland & Baltics focusing on consumer engagement (influencer marketing, CRM, digital campaigns).
Prepare the launch of CeraVe refills in .
Prepare training plan for pharmacistswithin the pharma forward project.
Prepare a „green certification” plan for Pharmacies.
Lead launch of refills & no waste sections visibility in top pharmacy.
You are the perfect match if you are:
A recent graduate of marketing/ management/ strategy/ communications/ business/ etc. studies.
Fluent in professional English and Polish.
Interested in sustainability topics and want to develop within that area.
Open to new ideas.
Well-organized and always on top of tasks and deadlines.
A team player with a positive can-do attitude.
