Your responsibilities:

As a New Product Introduction Engineer you will get the opportunity to work in our Centre of Excellence, contributing to the production of advanced banking cards and secure documents.

On a daily basis, your task will be:

assuring design quality elements are maintained and compliant to customer; coordinating projects for the implementation and qualifications for new products, implementing and monitoring qualifications for new types of materials and products; participating and cooperating during the implementation of new processes and machines; coordinating the transfer of new products from other factories in the Group; working with internal teams including Procurement, Supplier Quality, R&D and Manufacturing, to ensure that new products have the necessary documentation and information required for a product lifecycle; supporting other teams regarding data issues (in the IT systems) when related to Industrialization; training managers, operators and other employees in the field of new products, processes and materials; collecting, analyzing, and presenting quality data to build and implement projects for improvement; managing IT technical systems (PDM, Oracle) by data input, their update and maintenance; building technical and quality documents aligned with company standards and practices; managing customers’ orders in the field of industrialization of products;

Our requirements:

You should have a technical degree (or be at least student of the last years);

You should have also a practical knowledge of operations and manufacturing processes;

Your experience as an NPI or Quality engineer or in the area of production support would be necessary for your smooth onboarding;

Experience in managing projects in the production environment would be a great advantage;

To succeed you need to be proactive , able to work independently , and know how to efficiently organize your work and prioritize tasks ;

Good knowledge of English is a must as 80% of your work time will be spent on communication with customers, corporate teams, external suppliers;

You need to know the secrets of MS Office, especially Excel ;

If you additionally know any ERP system (like Oracle) and software for product data management ( PDM ), it will be even better;

Production is a very dynamic environment, so you need to be flexible , able to work under pressure and cope with stress effectively ;

You will cooperate with various people, so you must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills , a bit of expertise in negotiations and influencing others would also be helpful;
