Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management: Mentor and manage a team of software engineers, conducting regular performance reviews and career development sessions. Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on technical support, review architectural designs, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Delivery & Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of features, collaborate with stakeholders, and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery. Performance & Quality: Enhance monitoring of KPIs, resolve performance issues, and promote non-functional requirements. Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate communication between engineering and other departments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in software development, with experience in Native applications (Mobile & TV). 2+ years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Kotlin/Object C and other mobile development frameworks. Strongknowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and applicationstability. Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and mobile testing frameworks.
