Solution Owner

Our client is currently seeking a pivotal individual for the position of Solutions Owner within their organization. The client is a global leader specializing in the provision of road equipment for intelligent services and solutions. The company's portfolio includes the production of forestry cranes, recycling cranes, and loading lifts. The collaboration will be established under an employment contract, with a hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office). The office in Gdańsk is located in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz, in the Neptun office building.

your tasks

• Ownership of the maintenance plan solution and the related E2E business processes for maintenance plans. This is a key factor to drive our recurring service sales opportunities. Current SAP solution to be stress-tested and potentially added with BigQuery or other cloud solution.

• Agile solution development with its within our enterprise architecture (systems including SAP, Salesforce CRM and FSM, E-Commerce platforms, our internal C-Sales database, CPQ... etc).

• Coordination of Maintenance Plans master data as per Hiab Product Lifecycle maintenance guidelines. Adding automations from content data to strategy creation on equipment level.

• Managing the development roadmaps for processes and solutions based on business requirements and new service development roadmaps.

• Business process development including standardization, continuous improvements as well as translating business processes into system processes together with IM support.

• System solution development in cooperation with IM and external software providers to match new and changing business requirements and targets (operational, topline and profitability improvements, automatization to decrease manual administration, etc).

what we expect

• Advanced IT system experience in SAP and preferably CMMS solutions.

• Salesforce CRM and Field Service experience.

• Ability to bring together different stakeholders and funnel business requirements in global solution framework and development roadmaps.

• Ability to communicate to different levels of organization and different stakeholders.

• Holistic and sustainable view on systems.

• Possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Familiar with all phases of project management.

• Develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures.

• Knowledge of foreign languages: English – B2/C1/C2
