W tej roli będziesz ściśle współpracować z zespołami w firmie, zarządzając portfolio dostawców (zarówno wewnętrznych, jak i zewnętrznych) w celu zapewnienia terminowych, ilościowych i lokalizacyjnych dostaw zgodnych z potrzebami przedsiębiorstwa.

zadania

  • rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z przyjęciem towarów (np. nadwyżki zapasów, braki, uszkodzenia, dokumentacja, różnice w ilościach, faktury itp.)

  • monitorowanie stopnia zaawansowania zapotrzebowania na zakup

  • organizowanie i prowadzenie regularnych spotkań z dostawcami

  • zapewnienie dokładności i bieżąca aktualizacja danych podstawowych w planowaniu materiałowym, z uwzględnieniem ograniczeń magazynowych i logistycznych

  • opracowywanie dokumentacji związanej z planowaniem materiałów

  • przekazywanie dokumentów planowania materiałów dostawcom oraz monitorowanie i analizowanie potwierdzeń z ich strony

  • ocena ryzyka i potencjalnych konsekwencji dla produkcji lub projektów

  • analiza i zarządzanie komunikatami o wyjątkach w systemie MRP, a także prognozowanie problemów z dostawami (np. opóźnienia, braki, brak popytu)

  • monitorowanie statusu brakujących części aż do momentu ich dostępności w magazynie

  • analiza i udostępnianie kluczowych wskaźników efektywności dostaw różnym interesariuszom, zarówno wewnętrznym, jak i zewnętrznym

oczekujemy

  • wykształcenia w dziedzinie inżynierii, logistyki, administracji lub zarządzania

  • mile widziane wcześniejszego doświadczenia na stanowisku, zakupowca/ zaopatrzeniowca/ buyera/ logistyka/ planisty materiałowego

  • znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2

  • znajomość systemu ERP typu SAP będzie wartością dodaną

  • umiejętności zarządzania efektywnością dostawców

  • doświadczenia i znajomości technik zarządzania zapasami, planowania materiałów 

  • biegłości w analizie danych i ich interpretacji

  • umiejętności analitycznego myślenia, nastawienie na znajdowanie rozwiązań oraz odporność na stres

  • zdolności do adaptacji, prowadzenia negocjacji
