Job Description

  • Set up and manage the PMO to standardize project-related governance processes and facilitate sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Manage the portfolio of running projects.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and staff. Ensure that projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Managing risks at a portfolio level.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting.
  • Implement continuous improvements to the project management methodologies used by the PMO.
  • Maintain the IT strategy.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a PMO manager, project manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience in project management and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
