- Planowanie, wdrażanie i monitorowanie strategii łańcucha dostaw.
- Zarządzanie zespołem odpowiedzialnym za obsługę klienta, planowanie popytu i podaży oraz dystrybucję.
- Monitorowanie i analizowanie kluczowych wskaźników wydajności (KPI) w celu optymalizacji procesów.
- Identyfikowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z łańcuchem dostaw.
- Zapewnienie zgodności z przepisami i standardami branżowymi.
- Współpraca z działami produkcji, sprzedaży i finansów w celu osiągnięcia celów firmy.
- Wdrażanie nowych technologii i metod zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw.
- Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: logistyka, zarządzanie lub pokrewne.
- Min. 5 letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku Supply Chain Managera w branży FMCG lub farmaceutycznej w międzynarodowych strukturach.
- Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu następującymi obszarami : dystrybucja, obsługi klienta, planowanie popytu i podaży.
- Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności managerskie, minimum 4 letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu kilkoosobowym zespołem.
- Doskonałe umiejętności analityczne i strategiczne myślenie.
- Zdolność do pracy pod presją czasu i w dynamicznym środowisku.
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie zaawansowanym.
