About the Role

In this opportunity as Content Developer / Data Engineer, you will be: Facilitating and automating the delivery of top-quality Indirect Tax content Managing the deployment of script and tool upgrades, enhancements and fixes to agreed deadlines Evaluating existing content creation and testing processes Driving innovation by providing recommendations for automation Developing requirements and attain tax research team sign off for large projects Learning and developing technical skills required to work effective with Python and SQL Clearly documenting all projects/tools/scripts developed Contributing to the testing of tax content changes for quality assurance

About You

You're a fit for the role of Content Developer / Data Engineer if your background includes:

Degree in a computer science or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role A record of successful software delivery as an individual on time Practical use of Python, SQL and REST services Strong understanding of database concepts (data types, queries, filters, table design) Knowledge of Version Control Systems ( Git) and Project Management tools ( Azure DevOps) Advance software skills ( Microsoft Excel, Word, Access) Detail-oriented with an aptitude for analysis and problem-solving Ability to interpret, analyze and organize data Ability to utilize Python libraries and data engineering tools Ability to consistently meet rigid and recurring deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Written and spoken fluency in English
