As a Scrum Master R&D you will join our DN Retail R&D Department as part of PMO – Team of Lean-Agile enthusiasts and leaders – Scrum Masters and Partner Managers. You will work with Infrastructure/cloud development teams. You will become part of an organisation that is running agile at scale (using scrum and kanban) and in these exciting times you will not only have a chance to guide and coach your own agile teams but to become an Agile Advocate that has a crucial part to play in organizational transformation as well as continuous improvement of our SaaS delivery model.
Location : This role is a hybrid type role, you will be asked to visit Katowice office min. once per week.
You are responsible for:
Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers Facilitating and supporting all scrum events: Sprint and PI Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and PI Inspect & Adapt sessions Monitoring progress and performance to help teams make improvements Coaching the Scrum Team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicating effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum Team Continuously engaging in challenging the old norms of development to improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity Managing conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance Ensuring a healthy product backlog Ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Maintaining team data in project management software (. JIRA, Confluence, PPM, to support estimates and executionQualifications:
Ideally IT education and software development experience, in particular in an infrastructure/cloud environment Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles 3+ years of experience as a scrum master within infrastructure/cloud environment or in a similar role Knowledge of an agile frameworks / methods (. Scrum, Kanban), and understanding of software development life cycle models Fluent English and Communicative Polish required Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Excellent people and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to understand and represent both the business and technologyWe offer:
