  • Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities for French and Netherlands legal entities including: payroll posting, posting and monitoring of prepayments, issuing and posting of intercompany invoices, running FX revaluation, intercompany loans and interests posting, rollforwards and DSR reporting, HFM monthly reporting
  • Fixed Assets process (capitalization, running month-end closing transactions)
  • IFRS-16 – Leasing process: reconciliations, initiating of the process of leasing set-up in SAP
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Recharges preparation
  • ICO loans posting and reconciliation
  • Run AR Aging and reconciliation to general ledger
  • Posting and reconciliation of vendor debit/customer credit balances
  • Preparation of calculation for accruals, posting and reconciliation
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages
  • Internal and external audits facilitation
  • Statistical and other statutory reporting
  • Providing documentation for Financial Statements preparation
  • Supporting of preparation of yearly financial statement
  • Other ad-hoc activities

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with an accounting background
  • Strong communication skills including fluent English
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment, multi-task, establish priorities and adapt to change
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Ability to take ownership of processes and accounts
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
