Marketing Associate

Are you ready to take your marketing career to the next level? We’re looking for a creative and driven marketer to join Indigo Research team and lead our global marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns and webinars that generate leads and boost brand awareness across key markets. You'll also work closely with our regional marketing teams, and Indigo’s sales team to brainstorm new ideas and refine strategies based on client insights. Key responsibilities:

• Strategizing, managing, and supporting end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and initiatives with the objective of increasing sales-accepted lead volume and conversion in target markets (United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates).

• Planning, executing, and promoting webinars across target markets to drive sales-accepted lead generation and increase brand awareness.

• Monitoring leads and conversion results of launched campaigns and webinars, with weekly/monthly progress reports on lead behavior and experience.

• Collaborating with regional marketing teams to brainstorm marketing campaign ideas, and share generated assets and best practices.

• Collaborating with the Indigo sales team to proactively incorporate insights from potential and current clients into the marketing campaign strategy.

• Collaborating with Indigo’s marketing team to enhance your campaigns through social media and email channels.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of marketing experience in a growth-oriented environment preferred.

• Strong project management skills and ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.

• Attention to detail.

• Exceptional written English skills coupled with a keen eye for design and visual branding.

• The ability to think on your feet and work at a fast and exciting pace.

• Time management skills and ability to adapt to work on a fully remote team.

• Being comfortable constantly learning on the job, receiving feedback, and reverting immediately.

• Sound judgment – and knowing when to ask for support.

• Knowledge of the US/UK college admission industry is a strong plus.

• Experience with Canva, Webflow, Mailchimp, and Marketo is a plus.
