Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / ITBM(PPM) modules.

You will join the team working with many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Sii ServiceNow Competency Center is looking for ServiceNow Consultants to join our growing team and help design processes and consult clients on end-to-end solutions build on ServiceNow platform. Ones that would like to develop their product knowledge but also work with global stakeholders across different workflows of product. As ServiceNow Consultant you will be helping our customers in define, design, develop or implementation of business processes ensuring final success.

Your role Gathering and analyzing requirements Creating User Stories / Requirements specifications Designing and improving processes in various ServiceNow products Serving as a process subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team Collaborating closely with various stakeholders and members of the team Communicating requirements and acting as a liaison between the customer and the development team Maintaining and creating the processes documentation Providing customer workshops, demos, and presentations Advising on functionality and how to limit customizations Your skills Very good understanding of ServiceNow Platform architecture and products Minimum 4 years in a consulting position, delivering software implementation engagements At least 2 valid ServiceNow certificates Proven track of product customizations or integrations, implementation, maintenance Experience with JavaScript and business process modeling Ability to produce documentation at various levels including technical and customer-facing Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices in the IT industry Previous work with ROI / value propositions for customers' software implementation Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile Knowledge of NowCreate Service Implementation Management methodology Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
