Job Description
Leads the Pallets Finance team in the respective market(s) providing Business support, driving the market strategy and working with the regional BP and FP&A, C&SC teams to maximize Business performance.
Your day-to-day activities:
Lead Business Partnering in the market to provide effective Finance support to senior local Business stakeholdersDrive Long Term Planning within the market to deliver robust strategic plansLead the development of the market Annual Budget and Forecasts to deliver effective performance targetsProvide insight and guidance on key reporting metrics within the market to efficiently and effectively serve local internal customersSupervise standard and ad-hoc Finance reporting within the market to efficiently and effectively serve local internal customersManage Commercial Finance activities conducted in the market to focus on key customers and driving profitabilityWork closely with Supply Chain Finance to focus on improving operational efficiency within the marketDirect the execution of other Business Support & Analysis activities to efficiently serve local internal customersOversee policy compliance, balance sheet control, statutory reporting and risk assurance activities for the Pallets marketScope of region: PL, Baltics & NordicsYour profile:
Masters' Degree preferred; Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting or in a relevant technical discipline e.g. operations and supply chain and certified accountant(e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)5+ years of Finance/Accounting experience preferably in complex multinational businesses with expertise in FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain FinanceHas experience in driving change management across markets and designated teamMasters key FP&A, Commercial, and Supply Chain Finance processesUnderstands complex Finance, Accounting, and Tax principlesExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsSkilled in remote Management and Managing in a matrix experienceStrong business and financial acumenRelationship builder, excellent communicator and organizerTeam leader and playerWe do care about our employees, CHEP has been listed as a Top Employer in Poland as well as listed as a Global Top Employer among 15 other companies.
