We are seeking a dedicated Jamf Systems Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure, focusing on device management with Jamf, and the administration of Google Workspace, Atlassian tools, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation and support of our technology platforms, providing a robust work environment for all employees.

Tasks
  • Administer and maintain the Jamf Pro server, ensuring efficient management, deployment, and security of Apple devices across the organization.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain laptops and other IT equipment, aligning with company standards and employee needs.
  • Manage and configure Google Workspace and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo), optimizing these tools for project management and collaboration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, including user assistance in Jira and Google Workspace.
  • Oversee user accounts, permissions, and access across all platforms, enforcing security protocols.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to improve system performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and streamline IT operations.
  • Document IT procedures, system configurations, and maintenance activities.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing IT policies and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience managing Jamf Pro, Jira, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong understanding of Apple operating systems, network protocols, security practices, and software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on technical support ability.
  • Experience with Linux systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the German language is a big asset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working as part of a dynamic team.
  • Certifications in Jamf, Atlassian products, or Google Workspace administration are highly desirable.
