TAKKTGroup is seeking motivated individuals to jointheir team in Poland asFinancial Controller to shape thefuture of work


Tasks:

  • Comprehensive responsibility for the company's accountsaccording to local GAAP as well as IFRS
  • Dailybusiness as bank statement bookings, doing credit checks and cashmanagement
  • Payment runs
  • Receivables management incl. dunning
  • Preparation of VAT declarations, VAT returns, summarystatements, control statements, excise duties, vehicle taxes,withholding taxes, etc.
  • Preparation ofmonthly, quarterly and annual closings according to local GAAP andIFRS (the company is not being audited) as well as itsanalysis
  • Forecasting and budget processresponsibility together with the Managing director
  • Payroll responsibility in exchange with our externalpayroll provider
  • Responsible for allstatistical declarations as e.g. Intrastat
  • Supports digitalization and automization of processes forthe whole region
  • Communication with internaland external stakeholders as Group Accounting, Controlling, banksand tax advisors


Profile:

  • Completed business degree with a focus on accounting /controlling
  • At least 5 years experience in awide range of tasks within Accounting or Controlling
  • In-depth knowledge of the local GAAP in Poland
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especiallyExcel
  • Familiar with Accounting software asSAP, AX and Oxaion of advantage
  • Experience ofworking in a corporate environment of advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and well-developed criticalattitude
  • Excellent communication skills andcooperative attitude
  • Summarize and articulatecomplex financial information for decision-making
  • Solution-oriented attitude and focus on processimprovements
  • Fluent English languageskills
