What you can look forward to as Program Buyer (m/f/d)
Lead the purchasing execution of new program launches, covering sourcing, PPAP, and safe launch activities, to ensure cost, quality, and other metrics are realized on time, and in line with business needs; Support CQA and Bid-Win process, providing costed BOM and supply chain indications based on existing product and core BOM development activities; Drive core BOM / product development, working collaboratively with Engineering, Commodity Purchasing, and VMT (Value Mgmt. Team) to ensure optimized alignment of part family strategies and cost drivers are realized; Drive material savings to optimize cost base, in collaboration with Commodity, VMT, Engineering, and Plant teams, leveraging business awards and growth (bundled sourcing, GCS), with change windows; Represent Purchasing at various reviews, including GDPEP, Monthly Status reviews, etc.; Various supporting activities relating to material management in the product line.Your Profile as Program Buyer (m/f/d)
Degree in Engineering, Program Management, Materials/Logistics or Supply Chain preferred; Min. 2 years of experience in purchasing/project mgmt. role, with a track record in negotiation, decision-making, and working within a matrix team; Experience in automotive and/or safety-critical business is highly desired; Proficient in MS Office, esp Excel and PowerPoint. SAP experience preferred; Very good knowledge of English; Good written, communication, organizational and detail-orientated skills, as part of a global cross-functional matrix team.Why you should choose ZF in Częstochowa?
