Could you be the full-time Warranty Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Bogusław (Country Warranty Implementation Manager) and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You'll be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in representing the project in all warranty-related matters towards the customer. You will also represent the warranty function within the project core team and in front of the customer. The purpose of the job is to manage the overall project warranty activities and in particular reliability growth to achieve warranty closure.

We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring that warranty processes & instructions are implemented, communicated, used and supported in the project (internally & externally including customer). Ensuring that sufficient and adequately skilled resources are available to produce the warranty deliverables Managing the full project warranty work package Managing reliability growth with customer and internally (defects/issues, field modifications, …) to achieve the contractual reliability target (ensuring that delivered products receives agreed rectification) Ensuring that field experience and field-data is captured & feeding-back to the project/organization in accordance with the warranty processes during start-up, design, realization (manufacturing) and field support phases Ensuring that all warranty related deliverables (during project reviews / Development for Quality (DFQ)) are performed in a timely manner and delivered in accordance with contract & warranty standards, through planning, communication (reporting to Project Core Team) and control Establishing the strategy and mobilization plan for commissioning & warranty period (including the clear definition and agreement for the use of the customer’s infrastructure) Ensuring adequacy of customer infrastructure to support warranty intervention & activities

Degree in a technical field Experience with Project Execution (technical/industrial) Strong time and workload management skills Strong communication skills Knowledge of English for verbal communication and reading documentation A drive to learn and develop in the field and business area Cat. B driver’s license Knowledge of the railway industry will be an additional advantage
