In this technical role, with focus on design and engineering of DCS systems, you will be the enabler and anchor point between our senior project managers and the cross- functional department’s process specialists and customers. Our broad expertise enables multidisciplinary collaboration in energy storage, green hydrogen, e-fuels, pyrolysis and biomass conversion processes.

You will join a department of more than motivated colleagues specialized in energy, PtX process, piping and mechanical and electrical engineering, working alongside our customers on some of the world’s most significant green fuel projects, focusing on Green Fuels for Denmark, VindØ energy island and HØST PtX Esbjerg primarily for Scandinavia, UK and North America market.

Furthermore, on a day-to-day basis, you will:

Be involved in design, specification and engineering of DCS systems and instrumentation of process plants. Write and review control specifications for client tenders. Accountable for developing functional descriptions for specific energy processes. Actively work with projects in all phases: Conceptual design, Pre-project design and detailed design. Occasionally, participate in site work like inspection and commissioning works.

On top of that, you have:

Professional degree in electrical engineering with at least 7+ years of experience as an electrical engineer or similar role. In-depth experience in some of the following: Programming, process control, power plants or electrical systems. Working experience in one or more of the following: Power-to-X plants, CO₂ filters, Biomass power stations, waste incinerations, district heat systems and heat accumulators. Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal. Write complex technical documentation and tender materials. The ability to solve complex problems, take initiatives and work in a team. Willingness to undertake short business trips abroad.
