Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide crucial support to the Trade Marketing Manager for Poland & East regions. This involves responding to daily inquiries from various departments and agencies regarding product details, campaigns, and promotions. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales teams to provide essential information and support for new product developments and local activation solutions. You’ll join a team based in Poznan.

Your Key Tasks as a Marketing Assistant 
• Support Trade Marketing Manager for Poland &East in daily duties 
• Provide necessary support and information to Sales Teams under Trade Marketing Manager supervision (mainly related to new products, consumer & trade activation materials). 
• Translate required documents from English to Polish (& proof reading).
• Run consumer and trade activation projects under Trade Marketing Manager supervision. 
• Track and report consumer and trade activation projects, if needed implement corrections.
• Fluently operate on Newell data source tools to gain necessary information (share points, dash/salsify, SAP portal).

What You’ll Need
Minimum:
• Fluent in Polish – C2 level.
• Fluent in English – B2 level
• Good Excel knowledge
• Creative, solution focused and open to learn.
