Role Description

Are you a talented and ambitious recruiter with a flair for the Dutch language? We are looking for a Nederlands Sprekende Recruiter who will work remotely from anywhere in the world. Your daily duties will encompass the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing potential candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding. Your tasks will also include maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our industry trends, contributing to talent acquisition strategies, and consistently driving towards hiring goals.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to undergo a 4-month fully paid training in Athens, Greece
