ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Joining this project, You will be responsible for designing and implementing an intuitive web-based application that facilitates the validation of assay upload protocols. Your primary objective will be to create a user-friendly interface that enables researchers and laboratory personnel to efficiently upload, validate, and troubleshoot assay data for early-phase pharmaceutical research projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including scientists, data managers, and IT professionals, to understand requirements and deliver a robust, scalable, and user-centric solution.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5 years of experience in Python development.

Extensive experience with Streamlit.

Having experience with AWS and AWS based systems and applications.

Previous experience working with CI/CD tools.
