Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any related field At least 3 years of experience working with a digital adoption tool and/or an email marketing automation & integration projects, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments Previous experience working with a marketing automation product (Selligent) Previous experience working with a digital adoption tool (Pendo) Hand coding HTML/CSS experience specific to email marketing Understanding of customer segmentation Understanding of customer facing design guidelines and strategies Have an understanding of web and app analytics Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product managers) Outstanding attention to details and problem solving skills Ability to recognize patterns and draw actionable insights in data analysis Full proficiency in English - ability to communicate technical & strategic concepts effectively and professionally.
