  • Develop and implement leasing strategy for logistics portfolio
  • Proactively and independently negotiate leasing transactions (BTS / speculative developments)
  • Prepare and execute budgets
  • Ensure maximum occupancy for the portfolio
  • Work closely with legal department to prepare agreements
  • Manage all marketing activities
  • Build up and entertain a strong network with brokers, tenants, etc.
  • Collaborate with development and investment teams
Well established real estate fund and development company | Logistics projects
  • At least 10 years of real estate experience within commercial role
  • Strong experience and proven track record in leasing transactions
  • Well established network and market knowledge within logistics area
  • Persuasive presentation and negation skill
  • Fluency in English
  • Hands-on mentality with high level of motivation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Possibility to work for a well established real estate fund and development company
