About the job 
We are looking for a talented Regional Graphic Designer for CEE & Nordic countries to join our team. 
Job Location: Warsaw, Poland
Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for digital channels (social media, websites, email marketing) and physical touchpoints (brochures, posters, etc.). 
  • Brand Management: Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept through execution, ensuring all designs adhere to branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity. 
  • Asset Preparation: Prepare creative assets for weekly social media campaigns, editorial content, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project coordinators and team members to meet deadlines, communicate project statuses, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies. 
  • Research and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience in the design industry or related fields. 
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  • Full business proficiency in English, both in spoken and written. Ability to speak any other of Eastern Europe/Nordic countries’ languages is going to be a plus. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
