Microsoft365 Exchange Lead Engineer

Are you a passionate Exchange expert looking to impact a dynamic, international environment significantly?
We're seeking a highly skilled Exchange Engineer to join an innovative team at our customer tech hub. As a key member of our cross-border squad, you'll play a vital role in maintaining, improving, and automating our complex Exchange (Online) environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our enterprise-level Exchange environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Automate processes using PowerShell and Azure DevOps to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with IT security to implement robust security measures and compliance policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to compliance teams on email-related matters.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit, or a related field.
- Extensive experience managing complex Exchange environments in multinational organizations.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Azure DevOps.
- In-depth knowledge of IT security principles and email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Experience with eDiscovery, Retention, and Compliance with email.
- Understanding of outsourcing principles and E2E accountability.
- Preferred experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., financial institutions).

- Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems.
- Proven track record of coaching and mentoring team members.
- Experience working in agile environments.
