Key responsibilities:
Manage the Global Cocoa production plan considering 5 Regions and for about 1200kmt of cocoa products, as well as the external supply plan for the tactical horizon (5 to 24 months), in line with the latest demand forecast, 3rd parties & Choco. Support the monthly preparation for Pre S&OP and PS&OP meetings, highlight assumptions taken in the plan, changes, drivers, risks and opportunities. Support S&Ds for strategic cocoa products such as Bensdorp components and liquor for chocolate. Apply the Global Cocoa inventory target needed (+200kmt of cocoa products) with the agreed balance between availability risks and working capital. Collaborate with regional chocolate tactical planners and with purchasing teams to build alternative scenarios to solve tactical supply issues Collaborate continuously with the Regional Cocoa planning teams to improve the consistency between operational plans and long-term plans, and evaluate assumption changes for the tactical plan. Make the link between the Regions and CP, follow the product flows vs budget, address deviation and correct as needed, analyze opportunities and propose changes (Golden Rule tracking). Perform ad hoc analysis to support decision making and tender processes when several options are identified Support the annual Budget planning process, liaise with the relevant stakeholders (Demand planners, Head of the Regions, Plants, OSCO Finance, Regional Planning and Sourcing teams, etc) to ensure on time and full delivery. Identify opportunities to continuously improve the supply chain processes and support initiatives as needed. Long term planning of global customers’ accounts such as Lindt, Mondelez, etc and/or global products such as HFC, Ruby, etc.About you:
Bachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent. 1-2 years of professional experience in an equivalent Planning function. OMP (Planning tool) and Excel proficiency. Facility to navigate with several IT platforms (SAP, APO…). APICS certification (Supply Chain certification), and/or supply chain education. English proficiency, other languages highly valued. Highly analytical, able to read a complex data.We offer:
