Responsibilities

Mission: 

This internship lasts 12 months and it requires a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Learning about the process of implementing bank-wide procedures Familiarization with the bank's periodic inspection process Implementation into operational risk management processes Presentation preparation support Learn the process of preparing documentation related to the organization's business continuity

Profile required

Studies & experience:

Student status for the entire duration (1 year) of the internship (majors: finance, management)

Language skills:

Proficiency in written and spoken English Knowledge of Polish at a communicative level

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), knowledge of VBA will be an additional asset Analytical thinking skills Ability to work both in a team and independently Ability to work under time pressure Communication skills and ease of networking
