This person will serve as the point of contact for all travel related inquiries and problem resolution,and manage the day to day T&E workload and ensure timely payments are made for T&E cards and Purchasing cards.
This position will have daily contact with Concur personnel as well as employees and managers regarding the processing status of expense reporting, processing payments and researching / resolving issues.
This person will also serve as a back up to the Accounts Payable Specialist when needed. The role requires working on 2nd shift (14-22). 


Responsibilities: 

Understand and be able to perform the duties of the Accounts Payable Specialist. Serve as point of contact for all travel related inquiries and problem resolution. (MCC codes, card activation/deactivation, profile settings/issues, etc.) Review and approve Citi EMEA and US P-Card requests When applicable, participate in system upgrades and implementations, including design, development, testing, and change management. Provide daily statistics regarding outstanding workload. Handle all Citi T&E Requests. Assign Trainings, Review for Completion of training and forms & Approve applications Perform Concur Detect Auditing Resolve all Concur Inquires (profile issues, expense report inquires/questions, approval issues, etc.) Maintain and revise Concur/Citi Policy Updates Oversee the fulfillment of audit requests, including the review for reasonableness before providing to auditors, and addressing any audit inquiries. Distribute all delinquency report email notifications. Handle delinquency report inquires/statement download & review Process Weekly Citi Payment Review/Approval, Monthly Citi CTA, Ghost & P-Card Statements (entry, approval & Payment) Conduct Monthly EMEA P-Card Statement Review Manage Posting Failed inquires and resolution in a timely manner. Process Separated Employees in Concur system Perform ad hoc duties to assist the business.


Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field Min 6 months of professional experience SAP Experience preferred Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy Be proactive, self-starting, and self-motivating. Take initiative to learn, improve, or enhance current operations. Manage upward when appropriate to get a problem resolved or process improved. Communicate internally and externally with diplomacy and tact Experience with providing guidance or coaching to other Operate in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize daily competing priorities. Working knowledge of common MS Office applications such as Excel and Word Able to handle sensitive or confidential information  Fluent in any of the following languages: English, Italian, German, French, Swedish, Japanese, Korean, Spanish
