Customer Advisor – Norwegian Speaker/Norweski – Travel
Office Based – Warszawa, Poland

Client: BPO Company.
As a Customer Advisor, you will help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods and more.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- The first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, and solving emerging issues “Through Phone, Email and Chat”.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Helping customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns,…etc.
- Participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing additional insights on how to improve them.
- Recognizing customer needs.
- Building a good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction.
- Participation in specialized training.
- Understanding customer needs and assisting to solve the issue faced.
The Profile
Targeted Qualifications
- Fluency in Norwegian Language, C1 level or higher.
- Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Previous Customer Service experience – is a plus.
- Skills for efficient navigation of the internet and MS Office applications.
- Personnel culture and a positive attitude.

- Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
- Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it.
