About the department

The job is located in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland, in Global Operations Support department, which is part of Global Quality, Regulatory Affairs & Sustainability organization. We cooperate with Production Sites, Sales Subsidiaries and Head Quarter. Quality Reporting team consists of experienced Analysts who fulfill management reporting requirements and supports Global Organization with insights that can lift decision making process in that various business areas and enables performance dialog. 

About the job
Sustainability Analyst will ensure transparency and quality of sustainability reportable data. Will ensure development of reporting tools, including transition to PowerBI. Will be responsible for reviewing E2E reporting processes and optimize, if needed. Sustainability Analyst will report to Quality Reporting Team Leader in Poland, CPBC with professional line to Head of Sustainability in HQ.
 
Your responsibilities

• Ensure right reporting solutions for Sustainability and Global EHS reporting,
• Collaborate cross functionally, ., Global Quality, Global R&D, Production sites, Business Intelligence, according to guidelines and depending on needs
• Improvement and automation of existing Excel files,
• Perform, support, and develop standard reporting and dashboards on monthly and quarterly basis according to predefined business requirements (Explore Power BI)
• Support Sustainability team in ad hoc activities related to processes, data analysis and reporting
• Monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management

Requirements 
• Fluent in both spoken and written English 
• Experience working with PowerBI nad Power Query tools
• Advanced Excel skills including VBA

• Knowledge of data preparation methods (ETL) and model building basis
• Analytical and focused on details
• Interest in Sustainability area / Experience in identifying process improvements
• Proactive and problem-solving skills
